Our mobility services help drivers get back on the road quickly after a breakdown or damage, both nationally and abroad. We provide support for a wide range of vehicles, from passenger cars and vans to motorhomes and bicycles.
medical & travel
If illness strikes abroad, our team of assistance coordinators is ready to help. Travel plans don’t always go as expected – whether due to illness, unforeseen circumstances that result in cancellation, or lost luggage. We quickly arrange the right support, from medical assistance to repatriation.

Quality at VHD
We have a number of certifications that ensure our clients of the quality of services we provide to their customers.
EN 50518
Since 2019, VHD has been operating a Private Alarm Receiving Centre (PARC) and is certified in accordance with the European standard EN 50518. This certification applies to Monitoring and Alarm Receiving Centres (MARC) and demonstrates that VHD meets the requirements for operating a monitoring and alarm receiving centre. The certificate is issued by the independent certification body Kiwa.
With the ISAE 3402 Type II assurance report, VHD demonstrates that the processes clients entrust to us are carried out in a controlled and high-quality manner. From the initial contact through reporting and invoicing.
ISO/IEC 27001
ISO/IEC 27001 is an internationally recognized standard for information security management. VHD is certified by DEKRA in accordance with ISO/IEC 27001. This certificate proves that VHD handles data with the utmost care.
ITO
The ITO-certificate shows that we provide customer service with an eye for the consumer. However, it also shows that you can count on us for reliability, responsiveness, efficiency, empathy, accessibility, and customer-friendliness.
WDTM
Industry and network organization WDTM has awarded VHD the chain quality mark of care center. This is an independent quality mark that shows that VHD performs outstandingly when it comes to the personal alarm caring responsibility.
