ISAE3402 type 2
Shows that processes that are outsourced to us are conducted in a high-quality, controlled manner.
ITO
The ITO certificate shows that we provide customer service with an eye for the consumer. However, it also shows that you can count on us for reliability, responsiveness, efficiency, empathy, accessibility, and customer-friendliness.
WDTM
Industry and network organisation WDTM has awarded VHD the chain quality mark of care centre. This is an independent quality mark that shows that VHD performs outstandingly when it comes to the personal alarm caring responsibility.
